Hi,
One of our Smart Environment PRO Plug & Sense is dead ( does not boot )
It started by just working when the USB cable is connected.
Once we remove the USB serial cable, it does not send data to Meshlium.
Battery states via the serial 100% and if we leave the system on it just drains the battery without sending data.
We were suspecting of the solar panel, but the fact that only when we connected the USB cable (with or without Power) the P&S awakes and performs the function , we did not focus on the solar board.
Battery charges well via USB (takes to long) but states 100% at some stage.
Now the system is dead, cannot power it even with the USB cable.
Shall I fill the RMA form?
Any tips to check system status, Battery etc?
Please help.
